Here's my stop for the Oracle of Delphi Blog Tour by Diantha Jones!
Yes, it's that time again! I'm so glad to be once again a part of this. These books are awesome and so is Diantha!
For part 1/2 I have an author interview with Diantha for you all. I hope you'll all enjoy it and be sure to enter the giveaways below and just read the hell out of Diantha's books.
Also be sure to keep an eye open for day 2 (July 22nd!) of the blog tour here at Bookfever because then I'll have the review of Prophecy of Solstice's End. *squeee squeee*

Hi Diantha and welcome again to Bookfever! I’m so glad
to finally do an author interview with you!
Thank you for having me! So jealous Strafford and
Apollo got here before me ;)
1. What's next for you? Are you working on something
new?
Always, Stephanie. Always. There's still the last two
books in the Oracle of Delphi series, plus two novellas. The next series
I'm releasing is the Love & Steampunk series. It's in the New Adult genre
and is pretty HEAVY on the romance and
fantasy. So it's a little something different from OOD. Then there's the Purr,
Inc. anthology that a fellow author, Mia Darien, and I are planning. The
first story will appear in her upcoming anthology Here, Kitty, Kitty.
I'm really excited, too. The next year is going to be awesome.
2. Which actors/actresses would you like to see
playing the lead characters for the Oracle of Delphi series? (Me and Jenn from Book Bird Reviews always see Michael Fassbender as Apollo for some reason... xD)
Ooohhh! Michael Fassbender is hot stuff, but he
actually might be too suave for Apollo! I was thinking Ian Somerhalder. Can't
you see him with the black dreadlocks and the tats? Yummy, yummy. And he
already has Apollo's amazing blue eyes. Now that we've met Zeus, I think
Michael Fassbender would make a great King of the gods.
Chloe: Sophie Turner (I mean, come on. Who else?)
Strafford: I AIN'T GOT NO IDEA. Who could do Strafford
Law justice? Matt Lanter, maybe? He's cute but I don't know. In some pics, he's
got it, then in others...yeah, not so much.
Ace Remedy: Nick Jonas (Stop laughing! I'm sorry but
he is too cute and looks just like my version of Ace, especially when his hair
is cut :)
Swindle: Jaden Smith (I always choose him. When his
hair is all grown out and curly, he looks just like the infamous Lenka Tahile.)
3. What are your thoughts on good/bad reviews?
Both are just a part of this business. Receiving all
positive reviews is just unrealistic, and even after being told a trillion
times, some authors still don't seem to get that. I have an appreciation for
the good and the bad because both usually offer some sort of learning lesson
for what to do better the next book.
4. What three books would you recommend people to
read?
Now this is solely based on books I've read in the last few
years or so. Real by Kary Evans, Hopeless by Colleen Hoover, the
Fever series by Karen Marie Moning and the entire Black Dagger Brotherhood
series by JR Ward. I also really loved Feeling Death by DT Dyllin. I
know you said three books, but I'm a rebel like that.
5. If you could jump into any book and live in that
world. Which book would it be?
I think I might enjoy a vacay in Wonderland. Yeah,
it's dangerous, but so is Washington DC.
6. Which famous person, living or dead would you like
to meet and why?
I know this might sound generic, but Oprah. I mean,
she's a black woman with a billion dollar empire. I need to know her secrets
*lol*
Just a word for my ladies: Keep your head, heels and
standards HIGH. Always.
Peace.
Thank you for answering my questions and I can’t wait
to read more books by you in the future!
Also me and Jenn think Michael Fassbender would be PERFECT for Zeus come to think of it. =D
Diantha Jones was born the day thousands of turkeys sacrificed their lives to fill millions of American bellies on November 22 which also happened to be Thanksgiving Day (Her mother says she owes her a turkey). She is a Journalism graduate who wants to be a career novelist (of books, not Facebook posts). When not writing or working, she is reading on her Nook, being hypnotized by Netflix or on a mission to procure french fries.
The Oracle of Delphi fantasy series is her first series. She is also the author of Mythos: Stories from Olympus, a companion series, and there is another fantasy series in the works. She also writes (new) adult fantasy/paranormal romance under the name A. Star. Invasion (An Alien Romance) is her first title released under this pen name. Future releases under A. Star include, the Love & Steampunk series, the Purr, Inc. stories, and more.
Awesome interview, Steph! I quite like rebel Diantha and Michael Fassbender is definitely our Zeus. :D
