Feature & Follow #40

Feature & Follow is a weekly meme hosted on friday by Parajunkee & Alison Can Read to gain new followers and make new friends!

This week's question:
How do you handle a book you don’t like? Do you DNF or do you power through?

I always try to finish a book whether or not I like it. I would feel really bad if I didn't finish a book because you never know that it can turn really awesome after all. But it has happened maybe about three times that I didn't finish a book. If that's the case than it was a really bad book where I could see no other way than not finishing it.

What about you?

  3. I feel guilty about DNFing a book I was given to review! So I try to power through. If it's a library books though, I have no trouble putting it down.

  4. Nice! I don't feel bad, if I think there's potential I'll stick with it, but I don't make myself read something I don't enjoy. But I can see wanting to give books a chance!
