Stacking The Shelves: 08/11/'14

Stacking The Shelves is a weekly meme hosted @ Tynga's Reviews, to showcase the books we received.

Bought:
A Day of Fire: A novel of Pompeii
Currently reading it and it might just be one of the best books I have read this year, if not the best!

Borrowed:
Stepbrother Dearest by Penelope Ward
Borrowed this enjoyable and funny book via Christina from Booksane. Already read it and reviewed it here. Check it out!

Bought:
Last Resort by Kate Roth
Best Laid Plans by Kate Roth
With the release of Mistletoe & Hollywood (which I have read and reviewed here too) this series was on sale for $0.99 so I didn't waste any time and bought them both.

For Review:
Archaeology Hotspot Egypt: Unearthing the Past for Armchair Archaeologists by Julian Heath
I was really surprised to receive this book for review but I am so glad I did since I'm so interested in the subject.

What books did you all receive?
Leave me links to your hauls so I can stop by!

  3. Stepbrother Dearest, heard mixed things about it so don't think it's for me, though I do want to read a few chapters and see. :)

    1. I enjoyed it mostly because it was so funny sometimes but it wasn't the best book ever. I liked it, though.

      Thanks for stopping by!
