The Harvesters by Ashley Hill Blog Tour (Top 5 Facts + Giveaways!)

Welcome to my stop for The Harvesters by Ashley Hill Blog Tour!
I'm so excited to be a part of this because I loved the story. I read and reviewed it back in June. You can check it out here.
For my post I'll be featuring top five facts from the author and don't forget to enter the giveaways below!

Let's start with the Top Five Facts by Ashley Hill!
My birthday is December 1st

I met my first boyfriend (my one and only) in college, we're still happily together

I've never been on an airplane before

I'm a very stubborn person, have been ever since I was born, starting with not wanting to leave the womb as I had the cord wrapped around my neck twice haha. (I'm perfectly healthy)

I love horror movies, the scarier the better

Yay! So now you all (me included) know a little more about Ashley.
Personally it's great to know her birthday is in December because my birthday is also in that month. Awesome!

About the book:

The Harvesters (Harvesting Series #1) by Ashley Hill
Kindle Edition29 pages
Publication Date: November 28th 2012
Genre: Young Adult/ New Adult Horror

When she finds her boyfriend shackled to a white metal table Ashley feared for the worse.

On a small trip of dropping off a package for Jason’s father, the young couple never thought they would be running for their lives. Running away from supposedly friends whom in turned to be a family of harvesters.

Human harvesters and they are looking for something specific. And Ashley just might be the perfect match for that something.

About the author:

I'm a college student still trying to get a handle of the adult world. When I need to get away from it I lose myself in books, my own writing, and in spending time with my amazing boyfriend which he supports me to no end.

Finding my passion in books has led me to finding a passion in writing my own fictional stories back in 2009, I have turned this into a dream career and going one step further I would love to open up my own book store.

Excerpt:
“Jason…” I whisper down into the cold, dark basement.

Listening but I hear nothing in response. Turning, I then look up to the basement door making sure no one comes up from behind.

Taking the last few wooden steps down, I call out his name again, “Jason?”

This time I caught someone murmuring my name.

  2. A dead one!! Because I cannot watch or read anything in the Horror genre. I will get real bad nightmares at night. And since I’m a single mom I have to keep away from those types of stories and movies. Or I’ll just be scared every single night!

  3. I would be the character that gets killed mid-scream of course because I'm unlucky like that.

    Thanks for the giveaway!

  4. I would like to think (or hope) that I'm the smart one who calls the cops, or is in the room with a weapon armory and is prepared to go for a headshot. I would love to be the hero and killer the killer or whatever the horror movie character is. I just hope I'm not the stupid young girl who acts all helpless and screams bloody murder and pretty much walks into the trap lol.

  6. This sounds like such a great horror story. I would hope I'm the one that would figure out how to get out of the trouble or stop it or send it back to where it came from. I'm an out of the box thinker. This is a great question!

  7. I would be the one that gets killed right at the very end. Just my luck.
