Guest Post by Angela Carling + Giveaway! (INT)

Hey everyone!
February is Teen Dating Violence Prevention & Awareness Month. I think it's really important to be aware of this, so I'm participating in The “RESPECT” month blog tour from Angela Carling, author of Unbreakable Love and Shackled.
So today I have a really great guest post from her.
Enjoy and don't forget to enter my giveaway of Shackled below.

Team Ryan or Mason? Ten fun facts to help you decide.

I’m so excited to do a guest post today and to steal a little screen time. I’m a sucker for a hot love interest(aren’t we all) so today, I want to tell you all about not just one, but two hotties.
Ryan and Mason are two of the lead characters in Shackled. Is there a love triangle in this intense story, you might ask. Yeah…kind…of but I can’t give away more than that. What I will give you today is five good reasons to love or hate each guy and then you decide. (Hint, hint, the decision will be easy after you read the book)
If you want to know who is my favorite, go to Facebook. I’ll make my confession there today: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Angela-Carling/302628969749080

Let’s talk about Ryan first.
1. Ryan drives a cherry red Mercedes Benz, and keeps it immaculate. What does that say about the guy?
2. He is hot…I mean smoking, Arizona in the summertime hot. Lean and strong with blue eyes that see into your soul and as a bonus he actually dresses nice.
3. He is a seriously attentive boyfriend. You sneeze and he has the tissue out and in front of you before you are finished. You need it, he knows about it.
4. Ryan loves to spoil you and has the money to do it. He takes you into the city for concerts and dinners and anything else you want to do. Did I mention he’s loaded.
5. He has an interesting family. His dad is an FBI agent and his mom is classy debutant from the South. Between the money and his parents, life is never dull.

Now on to Mason…delicious, delicious Mason(Did I say that out loud)
1. He has this sort of handsome disheveled look about him. His locks, the color of brown sugar, always seem to fall in his eyes.
2. He is good friend to everyone, but especially to Ryan who has been his best friend forever.
3. He is an easy-going guy. He is just as content walking along the beach as he is in a fancy restaurant. Best of all, his positive attitude is infectious.
4. He plays the guitar, often on the beach with his friends, even if they don’t ask for his musical musings.
5. Mason is a class A sweetheart, always kind and protective of the ones he loves.

So there you go…five teasers, I mean reasons to think about these boys. If your curiosity is piqued and you want to read the first chapter of Shackled, here’s the linkJ http://www.angelacarling.com/bookshackled.html

~About the author:
Angela CarlingAngela Carling was raised in Palm Springs, California but now resides in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband, three kids and five felines. After years of denial, she final admitted, that she is in fact, a hopeless romantic, which allowed her to let down her hair and write her first book, Unbreakable Love. She always eats the frosting of her cake and cookies but leaves the rest, and can be caught singing in public bathrooms just for the acoustics. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. When she is not writing YA novels, she is secretly using her family as Guiney pigs to test what she learned in College.

~About Shackled:
After shy, quiet Lucy and her family move from their small hometown in Minnesota to Seattle, Washington, she is surprised when Ryan, the most popular boy at school, asks her out. Soon, she is swept up in a whirlwind romance and her naive and trusting nature allows her to fall head over heels in love with her too-good-to-be-true suitor. Suddenly, Lucy finds herself enraptured by the excitement of her new relationship, leaving her blinded to the warning signs of danger ahead. Can her fairy tale romance last, or will she find that her prince charming is more like a wolf in sheeps clothing?
