The other day I realized that I never posted my review of Millions on my blog because when I read this book I was on a blogging break so here it finally is!

I'm not sure how I can find the rigth words to describe Millions. I've been really excited for this last book in the Dollar series considering how the previous book ended and the wait has been absolutely worth it. The first Dollar book will always be my favorite of the series if I really have to choose but Millions is definitely my second favorite. I loved it so much! Millions left off where Thousands ended with Elder Prest being shot by Q Mercer and Pim being taking because Q thought she was being kept as a slave. Obviously a big part of why I loved this series finale so much was that Tess and Q played a pretty big part in it. I've really missed them since the days of the Monsters in the Dark series and I'm so glad Pepper Winters wrote them in the Dollar series. It was seriously epic with all of them together battling Elder's enemies. But anyway back to Pim and Elder. I can't explain how much I love these two. They've both come so far and been through a lot. Their relationship was even more steady and just plain amazing in Millions and I almost cried with the epilogues. It was so beautiful and I was very happy with how it all ended. Simply perfection!

Final Debt by Pepper Winters blew my freaking mind. I couldn't stop reading the book, I was so damn hooked. This is the last book in the series (aside from a 128 page epilogue) and definitely the best one, in my opinion. SO MUCH DEATH THO! I have to admit that I teared up more than once, with a certain character dying and Jethro's inner struggles. It just all got to me. But oh it was such a fantasic book. I loved it.

I'm actually not sure what more to say. The story took us to from England to Africa and back. It also let's it reader learn so much more about the debt inheritance and all my questions about it got answered. Because I've been wondering how it all started in the first place. It was really amazing to finally know about all of it. 

The time the story spend in Africa was terrifying but also kind of my favorite. And I can't help but marvel how strong Nila was and how even though she was sure she would die she was determined to destroy the Hawks. Jethro in the meanwhile was doing everything he could do save Nila even though there was no guarantee he would even make it in time. And so much happened there. I still can't quite believe it. 

Overall, I couldn't have imagined a perfect ending for this dark romance series. Final Debt was everything I'd hoped it would be and so much more. It was sexy, full of unexpected twists and turns, emotional and my favorite out of all the books. I loved it!

I'm glad I finally got around to reading the last few books in this series because I had kind of forgotten how much I love the Indebted books. Nila and Jethro won't ever beat my love for Tess and Q but they're coming pretty damn close. 

I feel like I can't really say a lot about this book, even though I really enjoyed it. First of all, I didn't stop to write my review right away but went straight to Final Debt after finishing. This might have been a mistake but I just couldn't wait. Second, because I felt like this was a prologue to everything that would happen in Final Debt, which blew my mind. It's hard not to say a lot of things that would spoil it for readers who might not have read this book but of course I will do my best.

Fourth Debt picks up right after Third Debt, obviously. You can say that the ending of Third Debt was pretty intense with Jethro and Kes being shot (presumably) to death. I really felt for Nila in this book because as she was dealing with her grieve as well as having almost no allies anymore at Hawksridge. And honestly, I never hated the Hawks as much as I did in this book. I could never really decide who I disliked more Bonnie or Daniel. Weirdly enough I have never been able to fully hate Cut, although he's a dispicable human being.

It's also been close to three years since I read the previous books. I got sidetracked by other books but even so I was right back into the world of the debt inheritance. And I gotta say this is probably one of Pepper's more cruel and dark books. The things that happen in these books... wow. I love it, though, in a sinister sort of way.

Overall, Fourth Debt by Pepper Winters was a really great read. I definitely enjoyed the book even though Nila and Jethro were apart for most of it. It was a great addition to the Indebted series.

First of all I want to say that I had a little trouble getting into the story in the beginning. I did get hooked again once Pim and Elder were reunited again, which took less than 30% so it wasn't that long. Still, the start wasn't too great for me, which is why I bumped one star off the rating when all the other books have gotten 5 stars. Obviously I just want Pim and Elder to be together. And that's it. Of course it's never this simple with books by Pepper Winters.

In this book Pim and Elder were a little bit awkward towards each other. They were at the point where they weren't sure how deep their feelings for one another went. It was clear for themselves, but they weren't sure about the other. In the meanwhile they also dealt with the growing threat of the Chinmoku, who would surely find them. It would be only a matter of time.

There were a lot of amazing and swoony scenes. The sexual tension between Pim and Elder skyrocketed in this book. There was also the masked ball at Hawksridge Hall so I knew Jethro and Nila (from the Indebted series) would be showing up. I was really so thrilled to be reading about them again. I felt like Pepper Winters was giving her readers treats by doing that. 

And then there was that ending that about killed me. I thought I had figured out how it would end. I was pretty sure the Chinmoku would show up and maybe take Pim from Elder. I don't want to say if this does happen because I don't want to spoil the story for those who haven't read it yet but the end sure had a very unexpected twists. And let me just say... it wasn't just Jethro and Nila making appearances in this book.

Thousands by Pepper Winters was a great addition to the Dollar series. The author's beautiful writing never fails to amaze me. Also, she's the queen of plot twists, which may or may not be a good thing depending on who you ask. But you can't deny that she writes some thrilling endings. It made me even more excited to get my hands on the final book, Millions. I, for one will be counting the months, weeks and days for it.

Prequels can either be a hit or miss with me. Luckily I thought this book was very much a hit. Reviver Amond was exactly the prequel I needed after reading the first book, Incanta Soul-Catcher. Amond was one of my favorite characters so I loved reading more about him and having some questions answered.

I read this book in less than a day and even so I took my time with it. This wasn't a very long book but I thought it was really fleshed out and just excellent. Shorter books can often feel very rushed, but this definitely wasn't the case with this one, which made me really happy. 

The writing, again, was absolutely beautiful. I think I could read thousands of pages with the author's writing and still it wouldn't be enough. 

Overall, Reviver Amond was obviously a fantastic read and such a great prequel. I loved it just as much as Incanta. I simply can't get enough of this dark and unique world. It's so very intriguing and jumping into these books is just so enjoyable.  

At school, Avie busied herself with drawing comics about escaping school. It wasn't an option, of course.
So she'd escape into reading. Her first reads were pure fantasy: fairy tales, preferably ambiguous, as well as myths from around the world and pretty much anything with a dark fantasy element in it.

Third Book in the USA Today Bestselling Romance, Dollar Series

I'm just gonna go ahead and say that the ending of Hundreds destroyed me. I'm used to cliffhangers when it comes to this author's books but this one... well, let's just say that I want the next book "Thousands" RIGHT NOW. I really hope we don't have to wait long for that book. 

Pimlico and Elder are my absolutely favorite couple of the moment, even though they break my heart over and over again. They may even be my second favorite couple out of all the books Pepper Winters has written. (Tess and Q coming first, of course). 

So yeah, this book was beyond amazing. And in one way it felt slightly different from the other two books because it delves way deeper into the characters and their personalities. Pimlico is slowly finding her way back thanks to Elder after everything that happened to her when Alrik was her master. Simultaneously we're also getting to know Elder on a more personal level. Which I absolutely loved. I'm so intrigued by him!

Hundreds felt pretty dark, even darker than the previous books as  I'm used to from this author. She never does shy away from really tough stuff but I feel it's even more noticable in this book for some reason. It's why I love her books so much. And the writing is also a part of it all. It's so damn beautiful, even poetic at times. I always devour each and every word.

Overall, this series gets better and better with each book. I know I said this about Dollars too but Hundreds was even better than the previous book. It was so freaking intense and some of the romantic scenes were scorching hot. Pepper Winters has amazed me yet again.
