Stacking The Shelves: May 5, 2018

Stacking The Shelves is a weekly bookish meme hosted @ Tynga's Reviews & Reading Reality.

For Review:
Twilight Empress by Faith L. Justice
This is the little-known story of Placidia, sister to one of the last Roman Emperors. A huge thanks to Raggedy Moon Books for sending a copy to me.

Bought:
Lily of the Nile by Stephanie Dray
I've wanted Stephanie Dray's debut book for ages so I purchased it when I saw it on sale a few days ago. Also, the Kindle version has this new beautiful cover!

    1. I'm doing so well with not buying too many books. Unless they're on sale. :3

  7. Both books look so good and quite close in theme and time I presume. Hope you will enjoy them!

    1. The time periods aren't very close together. Lily of the Nile is about Cleopatra's daughter and Twilight Empress takes place near the end of the Roman empire but still close in theme, yes. :D

  11. I love the covers of these. I hope you enjoy them. I just adore HR but haven't been reading the genre lately. I have been stuck on thrillers. I hope you have a great week of reading!
